When you purchase from RefurbConnect, your satisfaction is guaranteed. We want to make absolutely certain you’re happy with your order. But if you’re not, we have a simple return policy that makes it easy to refund or exchange your items.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
While most of our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase, we understand that things happen. That’s why most of our items carry a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If for any reason you need to return an item, we’ll issue a full refund of the purchase price within 30 days of the order date.

Requirements for Returns

  1. The equipment must be in the same condition it arrived in.

  2. Equipment must be packaged in the box it arrived in.

  3. Ensure all paperwork, parts, and accessories are included.

Once we receive the equipment and verify its condition and that all items are present, we will issue a refund within 30 days.

If an item does not carry a 30 day money back guarantee or a 90 day limited warranty, it will be noted beside the item on the product detail page and in your Shopping Cart. 


90-Day Limited Replacement Warranty

In the event equipment is damaged during delivery, or your machine hardware fails for another reason, you are covered by our 90-Day Limited Replacement Warranty. This warranty covers hardware replacements for items purchased from and installed by RefurbConnect.com only.

What is Hardware?
Hardware is any physical equipment item. An example of hardware might be a damaged motherboard, disk drive, RAM, Graphics Card, Keyboard etc.

Within 90 days of delivery, RefurbConnect will, at its option:

  1. provide replacement parts necessary to repair your machine

  2. repair the equipment or replace it with a comparable machine at our discretion

This warranty does not apply to any software item. Any replacement parts will be new or serviceably used, and comparable in function and performance to the original and warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period.

In the event your equipment qualifies for the 90 day warranty, but cannot be replaced or repaired, we will refund your purchase price minus shipping and other non-product related expenses.

Unopened Equipment
RefurbConnect accepts returns of any new, factory-sealed and unopened products, with untouched tags, within 30 days of delivery.  If opened, the item may be returned within 90 days for store credit or refund minus a restocking fee of 20% of the original selling price and shipping cost.

Customer is responsible for shipping fees and arrangements.

Item Return Rules

  1. If an item does not carry a 30 day money back guarantee or a 90 day limited warranty, it will be noted beside the item on the product detail page and in your Shopping Cart. 

  2. Items must be returned within 30 days of order placement date to be eligible for a no questions asked return and refund.

  3. Shipping, handling, and other expenses beyond the product price are non-refundable.

  4. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately by logging into your account at www.refurbconnect.com.

  5. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 10-15 days of our receiving your returned product.

  6. Returns must include all original items including, but not limited to diskettes, keyboard, mouse, power cords, software, and any other items provided with your purchase.

  7. Shipping charges must be prepaid for all returns.

  8. We highly recommend shipping insurance to avoid the risk of damaged items in transit.

 

Non-refundable Items:

  • Opened software or kits

  • Non-defective electronics (CD-ROMs, DVDs, Computer Games, Software etc.)

  • Software and Games will be accepted as returns if the package is unopened, or as an exchange if the Software or Game is defective.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately by logging into your account at www.refurbconnect.com. Please supply your order number, item number, and tracking number from your original confirmation e-mail on our contact us page. We will also need your e-mail address and phone number provided by you at the time of registration. RefurbConnect will make every reasonable effort to assist you with your return.
